Vibration monitoring and protection system VM 600

  • Provides for integration of all Vibro-Meter products (for protection and work and state monitoring) into a united reliable module system
  • Integrates all functions of protection, state monitoring and work parameters into one system. The system can be easily enlarged.
  • Includes a united module capable to treat all parameters (vibration, speed, displacement, dynamic pressure, temperature etc.) used for state protection and monitoring.

System of vibration displacement measurement

  •  Non-contact system of measurement based on vortex current principle.
  • The system is certified for the use in potentially explosive mediums.

The present system of displacement measurement lets control relative displacement of moving parts of a machine on a non-contact basis. This is particularly convenient while measuring relative vibration and axe positioning of turning machine shafts, for example, in steam, gas and hydraulic turbine units as well as in AC generators, turbo compressors and pumps.

Designing System VM 600 has been the result of a 45-year experience of company «Vibro-Meter» in the area of machine protection and monitoring.
